摘要
Participatory Budgeting (PB) is a decision-making process in which citizens deliberate and negotiate over the distribution of public resources. One common aspect to all PB is the existence of steps in which the society participate of decision through voting procedure. Usually these voting procedures are based on majority criteria without consider information about preference degree. Consequently, the final decision may not reflect the actual desire or needs of the community. This paper presents a voting procedure based on fuzzy sets theory, where voter can reveal their preference among alternatives through common language terms used by the community daily.
