摘要
Current paper describes a new environment MOSCITO for providing access to tools over the internet. The environment is built according to the master-slave concept, and it allows to encapsulate different EDA tools in order to form various work flows. In this paper we discuss integration of two systems for digital test into the MOSCITO environment. The first one is a hierarchical system DECIDER, which contains tools for register-transfer and gate-level circuits including applications for VHDL parsing, test generation, test compaction and testability analysis. The latter is a system Turbo Tester consisting of a wide range of tools for the gate-level test . The system has tools for fault simulation, multi-valued simulation, ATPG, test set optimization and built-in self-test. Turbo Tester has a powerful EDIT interface, allowing to link it to most of the available commercial EDA systems. The paper presents the work flows that can be executed over the internet and gives the experimental results for estimating the efficiency of the hierarchical ATPG.
