摘要
A huge amount of data used in every day due to advanced camera capturing technique use in medical field to a reliable managed and quick analysis of 2D/3D medical data. It has become a challenging task for doctors. In this paper mostly images are stored in database the purpose is to retrieve desired images from a large image database using only the numerical content of images and it handle to large image scale retrieval system is to he done automatically mapper and reduce function is sort generated to he a key, value function, system aggregate and make sort of result from mapper. Content based medical image retrieval system use only image processing method to handle manual process to diagnosis brain tumor images to help doctors to understand the problem and it help in decision making.
