摘要
The aim of this study was to identify the academic profiles of The Bachelor's degree in physical education according to the lifestyle (EV). Participated in this study 157 university students of a Brazilian public university. The research tools were: the "fantastic lifestyle scale" and a demographic questionnaire. For data analysis were used Cluster analysis, Kruskal-Wallis and Chi-squared tests. In all analyses the significance level of 95% was adopted. The results showed four distinct groups in terms of lifestyle, and Group 1 presented positive EV in dimensions: Physical activity and stress. Group 2 presented positive EV in dimensions: family, stress, illicit drugs, behavior, introspection and work. In Group 3 students showed negative EV behavior in the dimensions: stress, Insight, illicit drugs, behavior, Insight and work. Finally, the students in Group 4 presented negative EV behaviors in the dimensions: physical activity and stress. It is noteworthy that age group presented significant association with student groups, and Groups 1 and 2 were composed of older university students. The different profiles of physical education students may be linked to the phenomenon mirrored in most dimensions composed in the evaluation of the instrument, and the age is a predominant factor to differentiate the groups that presented Positive and negative behaviors against EV.
