摘要
This article is intended to be an overview of the moments of school inclusion of children with disabilities in Romania. We used in this study the present situation in Romania, with reference to the legal framework and EU educational policies. Romania takes account legislation created by international bodies on the education of persons with SEN, legislation to which Romania joined by signing international documents. In conclusion, we can say that children with disabilities in Romania have access to public schools and benefits from the support services to facilitate this type of integration.
