摘要:
The debinding process and mechanism of PW based system and aqueous PEG based system for Y-TZP powder injection molding were studied. The result shows that wile 47 h of debinding time for PW based system based on thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) of the feedstock, water debinding system, based on PEG with wide moleculer mass, was immersed in water for 2 h at 40 degrees C, to 65% of PEG. Channels from surface to interior of brown samples were observed by SEM, then the residual binder was removed through rapid thermal debinding, with only 6 h. Sintered samples with strength higher than 800 MPa were obtained with the both systems. Water debinding mechanism and dynamics were also discussed.
