摘要：
Aortic aneurysms are a well-known but rare complication of tuberculosis. Their major complication is unforeseeable and lethal aneurysmal rupture. most tuberculous aortic aneurysms are false aneurysms, caused by an adjacent tuberculous focus eroding the aortic wall. We present a CT finding of a true tuberculous aortic aneurysm.
