摘要：
Compared with the traditional mode of economy, the low-carbon economy needs higher capital investment in the new technology and the new institutional arrangements, this need to build an innovative financial support system to effectively solve the finance bottlenecks of the low-carbon economic development. From the experiences of foreign countries' low-carbon economy development and the reality of our country, China's financial support system for low-carbon economy is mainly in the following areas: speed up the bank's "low-carbon indirect financing" system construction; improve the "carbon stocks, carbon bonds" and other capital market system construction; and promote the low-carbon derivative product development.
