摘要：
We study a nonlinear elliptic system of Lane-Emden type -Delta u = sgn(nu)vertical bar nu vertical bar(p-1) in R-N, -Delta nu = -sgn(u)vertical bar u vertical bar(1/p-1) + f(u) in R-N, u, nu -> 0 as vertical bar x vertical bar -> +infinity, which is equivalent to a fourth-order elliptic equation. By using variational methods the existence of radial solutions of the given problem is proved. To this aim, new compact embeddings are stated.
