摘要
This paper analyzed the development status of domestic network performance test systems for smart substations, and then proposed a network performance closed-loop test system based on IEC61850, which can be used for smart substations. This system can be uniformly applied to carry out carry out the function verification and performance evaluation test of all secondary devices, networks, switches, merge cells, smart/terminals, protections, monitoring, measurement and recording equipment. It has good portability and can be easily used. Here the building of hardware platform for this system is expounded.
