Extension engineering methods solving on tradictory problems

In this paper, extension relation of restrictive matter under environment that is used to describe general relations of things is defined and mediation method, coordination method, and replacement method to promote conflict things to become compatible ones are discussed, especially algorithms of action matters in environment and action extension transitions are offered. These give an operative method solving general contradictory problems and improve some traditional qualitative methods solving conflict problem in management.
