摘要
In this paper, the index system of economy subsystem and environment subsystem was constructed through coupling coordination degree model and PLS method. The coupling and coordination development level of economic growth and environment system(ECEV) in 30 provincial-level regions of China was estimated, and an empirical analysis of the influencing factors was carried out. The results showed that there are obvious regional differences in the coupling coordination degree of the ECEV system in 30 China's provinces. The high coupling and coordination developed areas included the Eastern and Middle regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and so on, and the middle and low coupling and coordination developed provinces more distributed in the Western region from 2004 to 2014; the coupling coordination degree of provincial ECEV system showed a dynamic upward trend; the technical progress had a positive relationship with the coordination degree of the ECEV system; energy technology level and environmental regulation have a positive effect on the coordination degree of ECEV system.
