摘要
This article discusses supplementary comparison results of initial national standards of the impulse electrical voltage, which resulted in confirmation of the accuracy of the measurement uncertainty estimates and the measuring and calibration capabilities of the participating laboratories. Comparisons were performed as part of the COOMET (project No. 710/RU-a/16) at the initiative of national metrological institutes, namely the Russian Metrological Institute of Technical Physics and Radio Engineering (Russia) and the Belarusian State Institute of Metrology (Republic of Belarus). The comparison involved the state's primary special standard unit of impulse electrical voltage (GET 182-2010, VNIIFTRI) and the national standard of the impulse electrical voltage unit (BelGIM, Belarus). The TMG030010SN11-M1 step pulse generator from the GET 182-2010 was used as a transportable standard carrier. Instantaneous impulse voltage values that were reproduced by means of the standard carrier were measured by national standards; VNIIFTRI was the pilot laboratory for the comparisons. The measurement procedure of instantaneous values of the impulse voltage included measurements on the GET 182-2010, measurements on the BelGIM standard, and measurements on the GET 182-2010 again. The processing of comparison results by the chi(2)(i) criterion showed that the chi(2)(i) criterion values (calculated in accordance with the measurement results) do not exceed the critical value chi(2), which objectively confirms the correctness of the measurement uncertainty estimates declared by the compared participants.
