摘要
Accurate and efficient identification of sheet materials has an important role in the industrialization of sheet metal. This research put a route for identifying plate species based on a GLCM, and selects parameters such as energy, entropy, uniformity, contrast, and correlation of the plate texture image. Based on the principle of maximum similarity, a texture-based material species determination method is established. The minimum difference method and comprehensive threshold method are used for identification analysis, and the contribution rate of each parameter is considered to be the same. The research data show that the route of this paper has higher identification efficiency and accuracy for the species of softwood sheet material, and the identification algorithm has better performance and good robustness.
