摘要
In the approach proposed in the paper, not only the cost problems, but also the environmental impacts of processes and operations are considered during a resource allocation process relying on market principles. A hierarchical rule structure called Priority Rules System is introduced. The applicability of the model is represented by the results of simulations made by the SIMPLE++ production and logistics simulation package. Copyright (C) 1999 IFAC.
