摘要
A methodology is described for obtaining the reliability requirement / goal for each subsystem / component of a Launch Vehicle from its Mission reliability goal. An algorithm has been developed to allocate the mission reliability goal to its various subsystems / components taking into account certain factors which can differentiate among the subsystems, These requirements will directly influence the development cost, test plans for subsystems and schedule.
