Research on Financial Risk in Enterprise Mergers and Acquisitions

Enterprise merge is a trend of the world, and it is also a complex process which including strategy and policy decision. According to the research indication, merge activities in Chinese enterprise will be frequent in the future years, and will become a luminescent spot of merge activities in the whole world. There is a common problem in enterprise merge in our country which is the insufficient to financial risk understanding. At the beginning of this article, we talk about financial cooperative effect, through analyze the causes of financial risk, we know that merger activities brings huge benefit to us, it also causes the enterprise to be inevitable faced with the financial risk; regarding this we propose the effective way to evade finance risk.
