摘要
Follow-up of possible vaccine adverse events is usually necessary to obtain a complete and accurate description of the event. An organized approach and experienced staff are necessary due to the volume of reported events. The information that can be obtained by follow-up is vital in investigating acute concerns, such as possible lot-related issues, for future focused reviews of newly licensed vaccines or specific adverse events, as well as for other purposes. © 2005 Future Drugs Ltd.
