摘要
Conflict Poker (Ruckstuhl, Ammann, Zentner, & van Wijnkoop Luthi, 2016) is a playful training tool to practice deal with conflict situations. Each player is assigned a specific role by means of playing cards. A conflict situation is then simulated in a group discussion. Detailed information about the theoretical background, the development, and the implementation of the training is missing. Moreover, information on an evaluation of the training is also lacking. Nonetheless, we regard Conflict Poker as a useful asset for trainings. We recommend that Conflict Poker should be applied only by experts in conflict management.
