摘要
The light scattering coefficient and the mass concentration of major ionic species in submicrometer atmospheric aerosol particles were simultaneously measured in the country air over Hungary. The light scattering coefficient was determined with an integrating nephelometer, while the composition of fine particles in filter samples was determined by capillary electrophoresis. On the basis of the calculation of the regression lines among the parameters mentioned one estimate for summer and winter half-year a sulfate scattering efficiency of 5.9 and 8.3 m(2)g(-1), respectively.
