摘要：
Pus paper presents Model for an optimal protection of a product using a right combination of different intellectual property rights including Patent, Industrial Design, Trademark, Copyright, Domain Name and Trade Secrets. The proper protection of the product by intellectual property rights is a complex task. The main aim of this paper is to address complexity of this problem and offer a solution for it. We showed that proper usage of this model can improve company's financial situation, competitiveness and position on the market.
