摘要：

The tutorial system carried out in many Chinese universities proves to benefit Chinese higher education's purpose of cultivating diversified and creative talents. The authors introduced its origin and significance in Chinese higher education. Choosing its practice in major of tourism management, the authors discussed the necessity of this system with specifically analyzing its core target. Therefore, it was concluded that tutorial system played a positive role to improve undergraduate education in tourism management, what's more, the authors proposed suggestions to complete this system in the circumstance of tourism management education.
