摘要：

With China's sharp increase of internet users and rapid development of electronic commerce, the role of logistics distribution become to be regarded as more important. in this paper, we focus our attention oil the relation between logistics distribution and e-commerce. Firstly, we point out that logistics distribution has been the bottleneck of development of e-commerce. Then we thoroughly analyze the main causes of the blocks against developing e-commerce at present stage. At last, we put forward some proposals from macroscopic and the microcosmic how to construct logistics distribution systems in e-commerce.
