摘要
E-learning has been implemented by education institution worldwide for decades, including Kolej Vokasional ERT Setapak, under the management of Ministry of Education, Malaysia. Implementing a successful e-learning namely FROG VLE, is another step of collaborating education with technology, thus, it is important for college to recognize the acceptance factor of FROG VLE among teachers. This study aims to explore the acceptance factors namely, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, computer self-efficacy, convenience, champion's characteristics, instructional design, and technological factor towards behavioral intention as technology acceptance indicator. The research is based on mix-method study involving semi-structured interviews and questionnaires survey. All these factors were explored to examine factors that influence the acceptance. The results indicated that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, instructional design, convenience, technological factor and computer self-efficacy have significant effect to the acceptance of FROG VLE. However, champion's characteristic was found quantitatively insignificant towards the acceptance of FROG VLE but bear relevant to be considered as important from qualitative standpoint. Finally, providing e-learning technology acceptance factors may help education institution to implement and enhance the technology for efficient use of e-learning.
