Therefore, whether coal operation achieves to desired results, post-merger financial integration plays a crucial role in Merger & Acquisition. Otherwise, it is only a financial manipulation,and it would lead to double failure of business and finance. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore the con tent of post- merger financial integration of coal enterprises so that it provides guidance for purchaser in practice.It will benefit to emphasis on the financial integration, and to increase rate of success as well as achieve objectives of coal M & A.
