摘要
The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been widely used in Computational Science research to collect user feedback for Information Systems (IS). Carrying out this research it was found that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is one of the most significant methodological individualist approaches in the study of the adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The state of the art methodology used to direct the process is by the method of systematic review of specialized literature of a qualitative nature; due to it was necessary to use the guidelines presented by Kitchenham (2004, Kitchenham and Charters, 2007). A methodical revision of the articles was carried out, which in a total of 74 were selected from the different scientific journals of worldwide relevance. The final objective of the academic article is to improve the objective measures used in the various studies of the TAM model. The general conclusion of this systematic review study is that although TAM has proven to be a coherent model, it still has limitations that can be perceived by other intellectuals as opportunities for future research.
