In Nancy hospital, we realized a survey concerning post-exposure attitude of health care workers after occupationnal exposure to blood of the patients. Disinfection protocols were correctly performed after injury in 98 % of the cases. On the other hand, these injuries were reported to the administration in 63 % of the cases, and serological survey of health care workers were not correctly realized after occupationnal exposure to blood in 38 % of the cases. The health care workers who did not use condom with their sexual partner, did not modify their sexual behaviour after occupationnal exposure to blood.
