摘要
Development of F. culmorum in soil was studied using the membrane filter method and immunofluorescence. Introduction of the fungus placed on filter into the soil makes it possible to study its development under the conditions maximum close to natural. Immunofluorescent staining enabled reliable identification of the object of study. It was found that the fungus in represented in non-sterile soil mostly by mycelium.
