摘要
A novel eight lumps kinetic model is proposed to describe the maximizing iso-paraffins process for clean gasoline and propylene technology of residual oil catalytic cracking, in which propylene is lumped separately for accurate prediction. Based on the fluid characteristics in the different reaction zones, a reactor simulation model adopting the combination model of ideal Plug Flow Reactor model and multistage Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor model is constructed. Unit factors are designed to correct the deviation between model prediction and plant data. The comparison of calculated results with plant data shows that the model could describe the products yields with satisfied accuracy. The proposed model is suitable for on-line soft sensor application.
