摘要
In Theory of Industrial Organization, market efficiency is influenced by the factors like the market structure, technology, transaction cost, and so it is with the market efficiency of E-commerce as an emerging way of productivity. In E-commerce transaction market structure, monopolistic competition and the perfect competition interact with each other-mutually integrating and transforming as a result of technological innovation. The efficiency of transaction fee in E-commerce transaction market, therefore, is remarkably increased than that of traditional market.
