摘要
Chirality is vitally important in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and agricultural industries. Chiral chromatography has become a necessary tool, not only for the analytical determination of enantiomeric purity, but for the isolation of pure enantiomers. Pirkle-type Chiral Stationary Phase (CSP) is perfectly suited to meet the increasing demand for faster chiral separation method development Pirkle-type CSPs are covalently bonded to the support, which effectively increases the column's tolerance to all common HPLC, SFC, and SMB mobile phases.
