Investigating on the government employees' decision style in the environment of e-government

This paper investigates decision styles of government employees and the, relationships with demographical data and e-government interfaces. The results show no significant difference among demographical data, except gender. Most decision styles of government employees are Factual style and tend to use G-2-G more frequently than other interfaces which concern more on government internal information. However, this paper suggests further study on whether increasing the Intuitive decision maker will fulfill the need for developing as an innovation-oriented country.
