摘要：
Our work deals with miscellaneous problems of the medical image registration. Especially the necessity of robust and accurate results at the one hand and the handling of mountainous data sets on the other hand are the principal reasons for present algorithms being far away from real-time applications. We present novel algorithms combining modern data-reduction schemes with fast optimization algorithms.
