Complex identities, idealized miscegenation. Social representations through Ibero-American cinema

The study of identities in Ibero-America reverts interest to explain the complex cultural diversity. An analysis of biological, social and cultural miscegenation is intended from the cinema as a representation of the ideology and social stereotypes against specific problems such as segregation, exclusion and vulnerability of actors and marginalized social sectors. The cinema, with its dual value, educational and social denunciation, reflects these realities and helps resignify identities.
