摘要
In order to settle down and get on well with their pursuits, high-tech enterprises should have core technologies with their own intellectual property rights (IPR). Technology innovation in a sustainable way can provide in the strategies of firms by advancing core technologies. But technology innovation activities are unpredictable and their processes are also full of all kinds of traps, so that firms often drive themselves into "the war of innovative attrition" (Christoph et al, 1997), and have to face innovation's dilemma (M. Christensen, 199 7). When fail in innovation, companies always face huge business venture and bankruptcy with great probability. How to increase the odds of technology innovation success? This paper aims at answering this question, by focusing on the impact of the people-oriented strategy of technology innovation (POSTI) including technology, management and marketing innovation which is implemented by all employees on high innovation performance by some case study from Chinese telecommunication enterprise, such as Datang Group. In the end of the paper, some main points of this paper and future, researches on IbE are put forward in this paper.
