摘要
Higher Education system is under reorganization in the modern day Russia. Education quality, the use of computer technologies, innovative approaches and cooperation with employers are the key priorities of this reformation. The experience of ETU "LETI" PR Study Departments (School of Humanities) employers demands monitoring in the field of Public Relations and Advertising and the main tendencies, results of it are represented in the article.
