摘要
The paper presents an approach reliability of the supply chain in terms of the control and management of logistics processes. Determination of reliability of complex systems of this type should take into account wide range of issues. The article poses the thesis that based on studies of supply chain model concerning speed and reliability it is possible to determine whether the relationships in the supply chain have a high enough reliability factor or not. In order to investigate the supply chain for a company was used the SCOR model. This model is a useful tool for analyzing supply chains and allows you to measure, control and manage processes throughout the supply chain, including all participants (producers, transport companies, distributors, consumers).
