摘要
Correlations in pairs of identical bosons or fermions produced in the hadronisation phases of high energy interactions axe considered to be a consequence of a quantum mechanical effect taking its origin from the symmetrisation (bosons) or the anti-symmetrisation (fermions) of the wave function. This effect is quantified using precise measured data. However, a better understanding of the phenomenon and its influence on the measurement of crucial quantities, like the mass of the W boson, requires a comprehensive implementation in the simulation processes. I present a (re)compilation of the published measurements and I discuss the existing Monte Carlo implementations of the effect. These implementations are still not able to reproduce the observed features in data.
