摘要：
With deepening the reform of college physical education teaching, people start to the new teaching of the traditional theory exploration, put forward some new ideas and new requirements, and make some beneficial attempt. College sports is the connecting point of school sports and social sports, the current lifetime sports thought is gradually popularization, the quality-oriented education in colleges and universities sports teaching put forward new requirements, physical education teaching from the traditional "cramming" takes an exam the education to pay attention to the student individuality, stimulate the students enthusiasm, training students' lifelong physical ability in the direction of development.
