摘要
To obtain the calculated resistance value directly whenever necessary, high-resistance standards of the wye-delta type in the range of 1 M omega to 1 G omega with a four-terminal structure were developed. The calculated values were compared with the measured values obtained by three measurement methods. The agreement and uncertainty obtained were within the range of 3 x 10(-6). The voltage coefficients for these resistances were 0.1 x 10(-6)/V for 1 M omega and 0.02 x 10(-6)/V level for the other resistance ranges. The temperature coefficients obtained were 1-2 x 10(-6)/degrees C for <= 100 M omega, and - 0.4 x 10(-6)/degrees C and - 7 x 10(-6)/degrees C for the 1 G omega resistance.
