摘要：

In order to better meet the need of training for high-quality personnel majoring in sports, the author researched the current situation of experiment teaching of sports major in colleges and universities in the following four aspects: experiment teaching content, teaching method, evaluation modes and experimental teaching circumstances, then put forward some new ideas of experiment teaching reform of sports major and constructed a new experiment teaching system of sports major so as to provide references for further deepening the reform of experiment teaching reform of sports major in normal universities and colleges.
