摘要
The woven composites prepared by prepreg technology were modelled for mechanical properties in FEM. The whole structure of a composite was defined for the 2D multi-scale modelling in the levels and transferred to the 3D. Some possibilities of computing will be shown in the paper and discussed problems with computation with partial differential equations. The commercial software Comsol MultiphysicsTM is used for calculation with proper determination of the material properties. Two methods were tested and compared - Plain stress analysis and Vibration analysis [1, 2, 3 ]. The woven reinforced composite geometry exhibit the fourth order rotation axis symmetry in our case. We take into account technology of fabrics and composite geometry. The elastic parameters depend strongly on direction [1, 2]. We can observe maximal loading in the same components in the lower levels mainly. There are stress results of the single fibre in matrix in different way of visualization. The structure is really simple but here is possible to compare results from 2D. The most influencing factor for the elastic properties is an amount of the lengthwise bundles for the longitudinal modulus. Defects are necessary to insert anyway in higher scales.
