摘要：
In recent decades, our country has achieved great success in economic field, because of which construction industry has been also rapidly developed and made progress. Some large and super large buildings gradually appear in public, which improves the quality of people's life and work. This paper aims to study how to design the office buildings effectively and improve the level of property management with the help of BIM technology under the new situation. it is hoped that this paper can help the architectural design and property management.
