摘要
The excessive use of natural resources, the high level of waste generated, and the improper disposal of hazardous chemicals have resulted in significant environmental harm, which has been borne by corporate entities. Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) play an essential part in decreasing our global environmental footprint, which has become an even more important component of our company strategy in the previous two decades. Supply chain management is one of the industry's most ripe for change. Green Supply Chain Management integrates environmental operations into the supply chain (GSCM). Green Supply Chain Management allows businesses to adjust their procurement, production, distribution, consumption, and resource recycling to reduce their environmental impact (GSCM). And as far as the operations management is concerned, the data analytics has become a rapidly rising trend in operations management. A large spectrum of new material in this topic employs machine learning approaches to analyse how organisations perform. This review paper will analyze the role of machine learning in GSCM and operations management. Copyright (C) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
