摘要
This paper aims to solve the dumping count problem of trackless transport equipment (scooptram, truck) and to recognize ore & mullock mixed dumping in daily mining operations. The volume data of EPC path that scooptram and truck pass through are recorded by the RFID reader. Basing on the data relevance between the scooptram and the truck, the proposed mixed-dumping algorithm dissects each dumping detail by analyzing the short periods of time mass repeated identical EPC tag data. Two elementary results are obtained: I. the dumping count of each trackless transport equipment; II. the respective time and count of two mixed dumping - ore into the mullock chute and mullock into the ore pass. Instead of manual work, the proposed algorithm further improves the level of informatization, automation and intelligence of the mining operations.
