摘要：
This paper focuses on the relationship between software quality standards and software quality assurance. According to the software engineering international standard ISO/IEC 25000 series localization process in China, how to ensure the software quality by software standard and technology management is explored. It is pointed out that software quality needs to be guaranteed by software quality standard, software quality assessment and software test process management mechanism.
