摘要
The car-following model is a basic model of microscopic traffic simulation. The complexity of car-following behavior is suggested by a large number of factors that influence car-following behavior. Moreover, as shown repeatedly in laboratory studies of human performance, humans are very adaptable and will develop new strategies for new situations. Meanwhile, human performance and the information base have fuzzy characteristics to a certain degree. It is unlikely that a precise normative model of driver behavior will be developed. The main purpose of this paper is to discover the feasibility of the use of fuzzy neural networks in the development of a car-following model.
