摘要
the establishment of quality safety traceability system for food industry is an important technical means to meet the consumers' right to know, to choose and to realize the government supervision. There are the following major problems in the current food whole chain information traceability: general information sharing cannot be achieved between different enterprises, which caused the formation of isolated information islands; the identifiers among food circulation are heterogeneous and nested. Therefore, it is difficult to trace back the whole food industry chain information, and this paper proposes a trace method which based on the IoT identification service, clear the relationship of the identifiers among the food circulation links, solve the problem of identify nested in tracing, to achieve traceability information of product life cycle. Finally, based on this method to build a complete traceability system, verify the feasibility of this method.
