摘要
In order to ensure the safety of metro vehicle and Vehicle speed up, a new type of hydro-pneumatic buffer with three sections of damping structure is designed according to the performance indicators of subway buffer, and dynamic computing model is also established based on this. To calculate the static characteristic curve by using numerical simulation method, and the result shows that it can meet the requirement for train steady running. In the case of constant impact energy, to compared with the dynamic characteristics curve of different impact velocities in the case of the impact kinetic energy kept in constant, made the characteristic cure closed to rectangular as much as possible by adjusting the parameters, and stated the basis and law of the parameter adjustment. Thus, making the buffer has small resistance while attacked by large velocity object. The absorption rate of buffer is more than 90%, so it can adapt to the requirements of subway speed.
