Estimations regarding the evolution of the higher education labor market in Romania

摘要：
This study attempts to compare the weight of the higher education graduate to employment representing different profiles, in 2003, forecasting the situation in 2005. Following this comparison we will establish the evolutionary trend of labor market consisted of higher-educated graduates from Romania and also determine the value of this variation. The analysis was done by questionnaires submitted to 306 organizations from Romania. Even if quantitatively, some profiles show no spectacular evolution, it is very important for the decision-making process to apprehend the variation.
